Sometimes we don’t realise how much our food can affect the way we think, work, live. I have listed a few common symptoms and ways to conquer them through the foods you eat. Is it important stay healthy especially for work, school,college, uni etc.

No energy? Moody?
This is caused by fluctuating blood-sugar levels giving you hyperactive moments but can leave you feeling stressed and tired the next. Instead of eating more junk be sure to add a few of these to your diet:

Fatigue is something that occurs even when you have had the required hours of sleep (8 hours) yet your still left sleepy. It is normally the result of not eating all the nutrients your body needs to function, this may include vitamin B, minerals, protein. If problems persist seek medical advice.

There is a various amount of stimuli, such as the expansion of blood vessels in the head or complete tiredness that can be the causation for this annoying drill in your brain feeling. To create a relief from this or to prevent this pain you can introduce foods that are rich in calcium, omega-3 oils, magnesium or vitamin B2.

Anaemic? Periods KILLING your JOY?
Many women suffer from anaemia due to eating little or no meat, yet when you are on your period your body absorbs iron from meat and fish more easily than any other source of food. Foods that are high in vitamin C also assist the body in absorbing iron. If you’re still exhausted please seek medical advice. These are the foods you should eat:
